The Rogers Connections Mastercard revamp is now live

The changes to the Rogers Connections Mastercard that we detailed back at the start of May are now live. These are the changes to the card:

Cardholders can get 2% unlimited cash back on all eligible purchases if they have two qualifying services with Rogers. The combination of services must include one Rogers Wireless phone service plus one Rogers Internet, TV, Home Phone or Home Monitoring service.
All other Rogers Connections Mastercard holders will continue to get 2% unlimited cash back on eligible U.S. dollar purchases and 1% unlimited cash back on other eligible purchases.
The card will no longer have an annual fee.

New Amex Offers statement credit for truLOCAL

Add one more Amex offer to the list of those being released this week. This one is the return of an offer for truLOCAL

Spend at least $300 in qualifying meal box subscription purchases using your registered Card online at www.trulocal.ca by 15/08/2023 and earn a one-time $60 statement credit. Terms apply. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Personally I received this offer on The Platinum Card from American Express but you may receive it on a different card. This is also available to holders of Scotiabank American Express Cards who simply need to register for the offer here.

Simply log in to your Amex account or go onto the Amex app to see if these offers have been sent to you and to register for them. You can find this and many more offers in our Guide to American Express Canada ‘Amex Offers’
