Feedback requested – Issues with Aeroplan points posting from Amex?

One of readers reached out to us to see if we have heard of any issues with American Express Aeroplan co-brand cardmembers having issues with the welcome bonus points posting from the those cards. Our reader states all was good until recently with receiving the bonus points for reaching the monthly required spend. However over the past few months he has not had the monthly bonus of 5,000 points for $1,000 in spending post. He has been in touch with Amex and Amex customer service told him this is a common problem for holders of the Aeroplan cards.

So we are looking for feedback from our readers who do have the Amex Aeroplan or Amex Aeroplan Reserve Cards (Consumer or Business) to see if you are also having issues with your monthly bonus points posting? You can let us know in the comments section below or via our contact form.
