On top of the earlier news of WestJet providing up to 2x qualifying spend on WestJet flights, the airline also announced today that they are going to extend current member’s elite status to December 31, 2022.
All Silver, Gold and Platinum tier elite members will have their current status extended to December 31, 2022. The changes in the status end date should be reflected in all elite members accounts by June 10. Of course if you reach a higher tier during the course of this year you’ll get that higher status level until the end of 2022.
