RBC Offers for Marriott stays in Canada – earn extra points or statement credits

Marriott Canada has stepped beyond their partnership with American Express as they now have limited time offers available via the RBC Offers program. Holders of RBC credit cards can receive statement credits or bonus points for stays at select Marriott Hotels in Canada.

Avion Card Offer:

We don’t have the complete terms for the Avion card offer (perhaps one of our readers could send us the details) but from what we understand it is 8x points on Marriott luxury hotel stays. The luxury brands are JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, and W Hotels. You have to load the offer by March 1 for stays between February 1st and May 31st, 2023. This should be available for the RBC Avion Infinite Card, RBC Avion Visa Infinite Privilege, RBC Avion Visa Platinum Card and perhaps the ION cards.

Non Avion Card Offer:

For non Avion Rewards Cards such as the WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard the offer is as follows:

Load this offer by March 1st, 2023 and before booking your hotel room(s) at www.marriott.com and spend at least $300 per stay to get a 10% Statement Credit up to 2 times during Travel Period at participating Marriott Bonvoy Premium, Select and Longer Stay hotels in Canada. Maximum statement credit of $100 per transaction. Valid for stays between February 1st and May 31st, 2023 when you reserve and pay with an eligible RBC Credit Card.* Offer valid upon completed stay
