Here’s your Rewards Canada Daily update! Your daily dose (or near
daily dose) of loyalty program, credit card and travel news, bonuses,

A new offer was released today for the BMO Rewards World Elite Business Mastercard that
offers up to 70,000 BMO reward points. You earn 50,000 points when you
spend $5,000 in the first three months and an additional 20,000 points
when you spend $35,000 in the first twelve months. Plus, they’ll waive

Rewards Canada’s Top Bonus Offers page has received a
facelift to the new website look plus I also separated the Top Hotel
Bonus Offers for hotel programs and airlines programs rather than
lumping them together like I used to. Check out the updated page here.

You can now redeem Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan
miles for flights on Royal Air Maroc. Royal Air Maroc is the next
oneworld airline that Alaska has now implemented and the redemption
rates are so-so. The best options are economy class between North
America and Africa such as RAM’s Montreal to Casablanca flight and/or
connecting beyond Casablanca to other destinations in Africa. That
redemption is 50,000 Mileage Plan miles – not the greatest use of
Mileage Plan miles but outside of redeeming on Condor that’s the rate
Alaska charges across the board for Economy Class between North America
and Africa. The only real decent redemption on Royal Air Maroc that has
been noted by some other blogs is for travel between Europe and Africa
