We have been posting quite a few of Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers here on the Rewards Canada blog, on our 2021 Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Holiday deals page and many more over on our global site Frequent Flyer Bonuses. Most of the offers we just post what the deal is as there are not enough hours in the day to explore each one to see how good they really are. There was one I thought I would give a try as it is from an airline we don’t give too much coverage here and that airline is LOT Polish Airlines. The airline is offering up to 15% off their flights out of Toronto.
LOT is the only airline in the Miles & More group of airlines that actually has a Black Friday offer for Canadians. The rest like Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian etc. chose not to have any offers from Canada. They do for the U.S. and other countries but not here. So with that I decided to check out LOT’s Black Friday offer of up to 15% off flights from Canada to Poland, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.The 15% discount shows up prominently in the search as a fare that’s crossed out and the discounted fare shown below it:
And once you click on the dates and flights you like you’ll be presented with the following:

You can see the price to fly between Toronto and Warsaw isn’t that cheap – well I guess I could have selected the lowest economy class fare to bring it right around $1,000 but that fare is the most restrictive and doesn’t include checked baggage. Many of the fares to Europe were priced similarly but I did seem to find one better deal with the Polish airline and that’s for flights to Delhi:

This is a pretty good fare considering the next closest fares were Emirates for $1,499 and then Air Canada at $1,824 on those same dates. The latter is the only direct flight however.
So it does appear that there are some deals to be had with this offer but you’ll have to search for them and also compare them to what other airlines are offering. This offer is available for booking until Nov 29, 21 for travel Jan 17 – Mar 31, 22.
