Here’s your Rewards Canada Daily update! Your daily dose (or near

Air North, the Yukon’s airline has announced a new
service between Whitehorse and Toronto with a stop in Yellowknife on the
way. The service will be flown twice per week for the 2022 summer
season between May and September. (Source Air North)

  • 4N823 will depart Whitehorse
    on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 0800, arriving in Yellowknife at 1045. It
    will depart Yellowknife at 1130 and arrive in Toronto at 1740.
  • 4N834 will depart Toronto on
    Wednesdays and Fridays at 1045, arriving in Yellowknife at 1325. It
    will depart Yellowknife at 1410 and arrive in Whitehorse at 1505.
  • Passengers will be served a
    complimentary snack between Whitehorse and Yellowknife, and a
    complimentary light meal between Yellowknife and Toronto.
  • All passengers are entitled to two pieces of checked baggage (up to 23 kg each) at no extra charge.

I’m pretty sure this happened on November 18 but maybe it was sooner but I noticed Skip The Dishes now codes as dining on The Platinum Card®
from American Express. This means Skip orders will earn 3 points per
dollar rather than the previous 1 point per dollar. Maybe one of our
eagle eyed readers knows better as to when Amex updated this? (I’d like to double check my own purchases but for the past week Amex’s site just give me an error when trying to look at transactions) Here’s the error I get on three different browsers and via the app:
