There is a really good Cyber Monday offer from Preferred Hotel Group that offers 30,000 bonus I Prefer
points for stays of 2 or more nights at a selection of their hotels. I
wrote all about it over on Frequent Flyer Bonuses but only give it a
quick note here as this is a tougher bonus to achieve for Canadians as
you can’t earn the bonus here in Canada. However take a look at it
especially if you might be planning a trip to the U.S. or Mexico (I
don’t know why but I’m looking at you Davidd418). You can book two
nights in Mexico for around US$50-$60 per night and those 30,000 points
you earn can then be redeemed for a free reward night here in Canada at
hotels like the Park Hotel London, Hotel Grand Pacific Victoria, Hotel
