Here’s your Rewards Canada Daily update! Your daily dose (or near
daily dose) of loyalty program, credit card and travel news, bonuses,
deals and more.

 
Air Canada is now offering walk up paid access to
two of their Maple Leaf lounges. If you traveling via Calgary or Toronto
you can now pay $55 to access so long as you travelling on a same day
ticket with any airline. We would assume this is temporary since travel
has still not returned to pre-pandemic levels and there is room in the
lounges to have paying guests visit. Learn more here.

There is a new look for AIR MILES!
If you visited the site recently you’ll notice right on the home page
the new look for the program but they say the changes don’t stop there.
According to the message on the home page it is the “first step in a
miles-long journey we’re embarking on. It’ll bring more ways to get
AIR MILES® Reward Miles, use them, and make life more rewarding” So it
looks like we have some more changes coming to the AIR MILES program
soon! That being said, I don’t know if it just me but I found the AIR
MILES site to be extremely slow today with these changes!
