Air Canada Aeroplan has once again updated their refund and re-booking policy by extending it to September 30:

Aeroplan flight rewards booked through September 30, 2021, can be changed or cancelled free of charge, at any time.  Members
can cancel free of charge and receive all of their points back in their
account, plus a full refund of any associated taxes, fees and charges
on the unused value of travel. For changes, members will pay only
the difference in points, or receive a partial refund if their new
itinerary requires fewer points. In addition, a difference in taxes,
fees and charges may apply when changing an itinerary.

As a reminder, members can quickly and easily cancel their Aeroplan flight rewards at aircanada.com.

Beginning October 1, 2021, Aeroplan flight rewards are subject to the
change and cancellation fee structure of the fare option purchased. 

  • Existing bookings (made through September 30, 2021) are eligible
    for a one-time free change or cancellation, even after this date. Please
    note any subsequent change or cancellation may be subject to a fee. 
  • Aeroplan Super Elite members will continue to enjoy no change and
    cancellation fees for flight rewards redeemed from their accounts,
    regardless of the fare option purchased. 
  • Economy Latitude, Premium Economy Flexible, Business Class
    Flexible and First Class Flexible reward fare options offer waived
    change and cancellation fees for all members.

AeroMexico is offering another discounted award
flight promotion that includes their flights to and from Montreal,
Toronto and Vancouver. If you book an economy class Club Premier award
ticket by August 30 for travel until March 31, 2022 you’ll receive a 15%

Shout out to Davidd418 – a regular commenter here on the Rewards Canada blog for reminding me to do the after stay survey from Best Western to earn 250 points. So if you recall my post Earning Stories: As hard as I try, I can’t get rid of my Best Western Rewards points balance! from eariler this month I grew my BW balance instead of shrinking it.
And thanks to David it has grown by another 250 points! 😉 This is a
reminder to all of you to not delete that survey email from Best Western after
you complete your stays

KLM has launched a seat sale for the Canadian market
with discounted fares for both Economy and Business Class. You can fly
