Playing catch up on offer that’s been out for a few weeks now but is still good to the end of this month. Right now through to June 30th, AIR MILES elite members can earn extra miles for shopping online via AIR MILES shops.
Onyx members will earn 3x the AIR MILES Reward Miles on qualifying purchases and Gold members will earn 2x the AIR MILES Reward Miles on qualifying
purchases. Qualifying purchases tend to be $20 or more with most of the merchants found on AIR MILES Shops. The 2x and 3x miles is awarded on the base mileage earning. For example if a retailer is 1 mile for $20 base but offering 5x miles as a special, the elite member bonus does not double or triple the 5x miles – it is only applied to the base earn rate.
