As part of today’s broader update from WestJet that detailed the extension of member’s elite status and qualifying spend period they also released this promotion for fall travel which we quickly mentioned in that first post. All members who register for this offer will earn Double Qualifying Spend for WestJet flights booked between today and September 30 that are completed by December 15, 2020. If you happen to be at $0 in terms of qualifying spend at the moment this means you can achieve Silver status for as little as $1,500 in spend, Gold for $2,500 or Platinum for $4,000. If you are lucky enough to have some qualifying spend already in the bank then those requirements will be even less!
You do have to note that any bookings made prior to September 4th will not count towards this promotion as it is only open to new bookings made from today on.
