Air Canada announced some new routes today and the
big one is Dreamliner service from Toronto to Honolulu for the 2019/2020
winter season! Ever since AC pulled their internationally configured
767 off of the Calgary to Maui route there have not been any lie flat
seats available between Canada and Hawaii. Now we see the return of them
and this is lucky for Torontonians! This move almost seems like a
preemptive strike at WestJet who have been hinting at using their 787
Dreamliners to Hawaii. Granted if WS does it will likely be out of
Calgary but with AC going direct with theirs you won’t see many YYZers
connecting in YYC for the lie flat option! These Toronto-Honolulu
flights will operate three times per week from Dec 14 to Apr 26. (Source

The other routes announced today from Air Canada include Montreal to Sao Paulo, Brazil (3x weekly, winter seasonal service), Vancouver to Auckland, New Zealand (4x weekly, winter seasonal service) and Toronto to Quito, Ecuador (Rouge 3x weekly, winter seasonal service)
WestJet will be launching seasonal summer service
between London Ontario and Montreal. The daily WestJet Encore flights
will start on June 24 and run until October 15. (Source WestJet)

If you are thinking of getting the TD Cash Back Visa Infinite Visa card
I would recommend doing so right away as the current offer ends March 3
and the new offer won’t be as good. However if you are looking to apply
for some of TD’s proprietary travel rewards cards I have one word of
advice. Wait. (until Monday March 4 to do so)
Also another cash back card offer that is ending tomorrow that you should look at is the 10% welcome bonus offer on the Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite Card.
We don’t know yet what the replacement offer will be but in all
likelihood it won’t be better – perhaps equal or lower than what it is
now.
Same goes for the BMO World Elite Mastercard – the $100 travel bonus that is currently included is slated to end at the end of day tomorrow.
