Recently Philippine Airlines started flying a new 5th freedom rights route between Vancouver and New York. Just like their Asian brethren, Cathay Pacific, PAL has rights to sell tickets for flying on only the Vancouver-New York portion of their flight that originates in Manila and to celebrate the launch of this route they are offering Double Mabuhay Miles until the middle of July. That’s not the only route however that has route launch bonuses, the entire list is below and also includes their new New York-Manila route.
