If you have a Mastecard that is issued by RBC and have plans to spend $600 or more online with HP Canada you’ll want to check out these stackable offers! At the time of writing this post there are two limited time promotions in place from RBC and AIR MILES that will provide some extra savings and bonus miles for your purchase.

RBC Offers: Spend $600+, receive a $75 discount

The first offer is available for all RBC credit cards, not just their Mastercards and this is a discount promo code available via RBC Offers. However, the next offer we discuss right after this one is only available for Mastercard cards so ideally you want to utilize a RBC Mastercard:

From now until October 31, 2023, save $75 on eligible spend of $600 or more at hp.com using the promotional code in this offer and pay using your eligible RBC credit card(s).* Minimum spend required.

To receive this offer you need to login to your RBC account online or via the app and navigate to the offers section. Find HP and click on the box to reveal your unique promo code to use when you do shop at hp.com. Then when you shop at HP.com and make a single purchase of $600 or more you will receive a statement credit of $75.

AIR MILES Card Linked Offers: Spend $500+, receive 160 bonus miles

The promotion to stack with the RBC Offers discount is the HP offer via AIR MILES Card Linked offers. If you are unfamiliar with AIR MILES Card Linked offers, it is a program that awards bonus miles by simply linking any Canadian issued Mastercard to your AIR MILES account and then when you use that Mastercard at any of the retailers on offer you’ll earn that bonus.

The current set of AIR MILES Card Linked offers includes HP Canada where you’ll earn 160 AIR MILES when you spend $500 or more online (which fits nicely into the $600 requirement for the RBC discount!) This offer is available until September 28, 2023.

Finally, complete your purchase via an online shopping portal

Since you don’t have to follow any special links from RBC nor AIR MILES to receive these offers you can go through one of the several online shopping portals that partner with HP to earn even more points/miles and/or cash back.

The miles and cash back earn rates listed above are awarded on the pre-tax/pre-shipping purchase amount. When you shop via one of the portals make sure you login first, then complete your purchase all in one go after clicking on the “Shop Now” button (or whatever terminology the portal uses) If for some reason you leave the HP site before completing your purchase it is best to go back to the portal and start over again (your items may still be in your shopping cart though). Then during check out make sure you input your unique promo code that was provided via RBC Offers and complete the purchase on your RBC Mastercard!
