New Cobalt Multipliers in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario

A nice update to our confirmed Cobalt Card multipliers via Calvin, Mark and ourselves. Love that so many curling clubs in the Ottawa area accept American Express (and one of them is 5x points at that!) Then you have a liquor store in Winnipeg that codes as travel thanks to being within a hotel and that hotel appearing to use the same merchant account for all services on their premises.

Shoppers Drug Mart Bonus Redemption Event launches tomorrow

Now a regular monthly fixture from Shoppers Drug Mart and PC Optimum is their Bonus Redemption Event. It will kick off again tomorrow with the standard $65 off when you redeem 50,000 PC Optimum points, $140 off when you redeem 100,000 PC Optimum points or $300 off when you redeem 200,000 PC Optimum points. This offer will be available October 27 to November 1st. Now, you may want to wait to redeem as for the past several years the program has offered their “Biggest Bonus Redemption Event” for Black Friday/Cyber Monday where the redemptions ranges from $100 off for 70,000 points all the way up to $400 for 250,000 points and that’s only a month away!
