Hudson’s Bay Rewards adds new app with additional points earning opportunities
Hudson’s Bay announced a relaunch of their Hudson’s Bay Rewards today. In reality the program is the same as before in terms of earning points, redeeming points and elite status levels. What is different is the launch of the Hudson’s Bay Rewards app which will provide opportunities to earn additional points in the program. They promise to offer 3-5 personalized offers per week to members (think PC Optimum in terms of personalized offers) to earn bonus points. In addition to the personalized offers they will offer “Quests” within the app which are milestone offers that once met will be rewarded with bonus points. Here’s how HBC describes Quests:
For example, a quest may be to build a head to toe outfit from Hudson’s Bay. The quest can be completed over an extended period of time, and progress can be tracked along the way. Once complete, a bonus is earned.
