Jean Coutu will exit the AIR MILES program in May
May 14th has now been confirmed as the last day you will be able to earn AIR MILES at Jean Coutu locations in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick. As of May 15 the retailer will be part of Moi which is the expanded program from Metro stores in Quebec.Click here to learn more.

Hyatt Hotels to introduce a new brand: Hyatt Studios
Last week Hyatt Hotels announced the launch of a new upper mid-scale brand that will be called Hyatt Studios. The new brand will primarily cater to extended stay market and will initially launch in the US in 2024. There are already plans for more than 100 Hyatt Studios hotels in the Americas. I reached out to Hyatt to see what the plans are for this brand in Canada and they told me that while they are just launching in the U.S. to begin with, the initial focus of the brand expansion outside of the U.W. will be Canada and then Latin America.
