If you live in the Toronto or find yourself visiting the city you can ride the TTC for free if you have or get yourself a Rogers credit card. Starting on November 1st and running until December 31 customers riding the TTC who tap to pay with Rogers credit card from their mobile wallet will get five free rides.
The Five Free Rides
Rogers credit cardholders will receive a credit of $3.30 per ride when they tap their card to pay for TTC rides (PRESTO Transaction) The credit is available once per day and for any five days in total across the promotional period. The offer is available on the Rogers Mastercard (aka Rogers Red Credit Card) and the Rogers World Elite Mastercard as well as the Rogers Platinum Mastercard and Fido Mastercard.
Rogers Mastercards
If you don’t have a Rogers credit card you do have time to apply for one and then use the card for your TTC rides once you do receive the card. Rogers offers the following two no annual fee cards:

You (the primary cardholder) will receive a statement credit to your account of $3.30 per transaction for each eligible PRESTO transaction on your account by you or authorized users from November 1- December 31 (inclusive) to a maximum of 1 transaction per day and 5 transactions total. The total maximum amount that will be credited to your account is $16.50.
Offer available on any Rogers Bank credit card loaded to an eligible mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay). Your mobile device must be NFC-enabled and support tap and pay technology. Older device models may not support this functionality.
Transactions must be made by tapping your mobile wallet at an eligible PRESTO device on the TTC.
Offer does not apply to purchases made at PRESTO machines, PRESTO auto-load, online or using the PRESTO app. However, statement credits may be provided for ineligible transactions.
The statement credit will be applied to your account within 5 business days.
