Earning & redeeming points & miles on these flights
Being a low cost carrier, T’way Air does not have a frequent flyer program nor do they partner with any airline programs that you would be able to credit your flights to.
What this means is you are limited to earning whatever points or miles your credit card provides so if you want to maximize your earn you’ll want to use a credit card that has an accelerated earn rate on travel purchases. Some of these cards include:
- The Platinum Card from American Express – Earns 2 Membership Rewards points per dollar on travel (2% to 4%+ or higher travel redemption value)
- Scotiabank Passport® Visa Infinite Privilege* Card – Earns 3 Scene+ Rewards points per dollar on travel (3% travel redemption value)
- BMO Ascend World Elite Mastercard – Earns 5 BMO Rewards points per dollar on travel (3.33 to 3.67% travel redemption value)
And the same goes for redemption – your best bet for redeeming points/miles is to purchase the flight using an any travel at anytime credit card option like those shown above that offer Amex Membership Rewards, Scene+, BMO Rewards or several others and then redeeming the points against the travel charge.
