Earn 20x or 20,000 bonus PC Optimum points at Shoppers until April 10

There is a new only PC Optimum bonus for shopping in-store at Shoppers Drug Mart until April 10. Members can choose to earn 20x points or 20,000 bonus points when spending $60 or more. You’ll want to choose 20,000 points if you know you’ll only spend between $60 and $67 – anything higher and you’ll want to go for the 20x points. To receive the bonus you have to text “20X” for 20x points or “20K” for 20,000 points to 736-898 prior to shopping. Click here for more details

SAS Scandinavian Airlines will officially leave Star Alliance on August 31

SAS to join SkyTeam

We’ve known for sometime now that SAS was going to leave Star Alliance in favour of SkyTeam thanks to an investment from Air France KLM and now a date has been set for this change. The carrier will officially leave Star Alliance on August 31 and as of September 1st SAS will partner with SkyTeam airlines for codesharing and frequent flyer program reciprocity. While the airline will not actually join the SkyTeam alliance at that time it will be doing so in the near future. Click here to learn more.
