RWRDS Daily Update – May 15, 2024: Ivanhoe Cambridge returns to Amex Offers & Wyndham Rewards adds 9 new all-inclusive resorts

Ivanhoe Cambridge Shopping.ca gift card credit returns to Amex Offers

One of the more popular Amex Offers promotions has returned and that’s the statement credit for buying Ivanhow Cambridge gift cards that can be used at most stores in their shopping centres across Canada:

Spend at least $200 in qualifying gift card purchases using your registered Card at participating Ivanhoé Cambridge Guest Services kiosks or at www.shopping.ca by 15/07/2024 and earn a one-time $20 statement credit. Registration cap applies. Terms apply.

Simply log in to your Amex account or go onto the Amex app to see if these offers have been sent to you and to register for them. You can find this and many more offers in our Guide to American Express Canada ‘Amex Offers’

Personally I received this offer on The Platinum Card from American Express but you may receive it on a different card. These are also available to holders of Scotiabank American Express Cards who simply need to register for the offer here.

Wyndham Rewards adds 9 new all inclusive resorts to their portfolio

Wyndham Rewards has launched a new partnership with Decameron All Inclusive Hotels & Resorts which sees the latter’s nine resorts join Wyndham’s ever growing portfolio of locations where you can earn and redeem Wyndham Rewards points. The locations in Mexico, Panama and Jamaica range from 15,000 to 30,000 points per night for two people (and that’s for the full all inclusive!) So those locations at only 15,000 points are an excellent redemption option!

Too bad Wyndham Rewards points are tough to earn for Canadians outside of actual hotel stays, car rentals and a few other options. Wyndham Rewards does frequent bonuses or discounts on buying their points – so I’ll have to look into that during the next sale if there is value in buying them for some of those 15,000 point nights at these all inclusives.
