Save up to 40% when you buy WestJet dollars
WestJet is offering up to a 40% discount when you buy their WestJet dollars. With a $2 per 1 WestJet dollar selling pricing that means you can buy them for as little as $1.20 per dollar. In most cases it makes no sense at all to buy WestJet dollars even with this discount as there are no longer any outsized value redemptions in the program given that WestJet devalued Member Exclusive awards several years ago.
If you can find a Member Exclusive where you are redeeming your WestJet dollars with an equivalent dollar value of over $1.20+GST/HST that is the only time you would want to buy dollars but I have yet to come across such an offer. Let me know if you do! This offer is available until June 30, 2024.
WestJet Rewards members will receive:
- a 20% discount on the purchase price of WestJet dollars between 100 to 499,
- a 25% discount on the purchase price of WestJet dollars between 500 to 999,
- a 30% discount on the purchase price of WestJet dollars between 1,000 to 1,499,
- a 35% discount on the purchase price of WestJet dollars between 1,500 to 2,499,
- a 40% discount on the purchase price of WestJet dollars between 2,500 to 5,000.
- To receive the purchase discount, the WestJet dollars purchase must be made by June 30, 2024, at 11:59pm ET

Marriott Bonvoy Korean Air partnership is being discontinued
The earn and burn partnership between Marriott Bonvoy and Korean Air SKYPASS will be discontinued at the end of this week. As of June 17 you will no longer be able to earn SKYPASS Miles on Marrriott stays or convert Marriott Bonvoy points to SKYPASS Miles. Also of that date the recently introduced option to convert Korean Air SKYPASS Miles to Bonvoy points will be discontinued.

Amex Offers statement credit for Circle K My Carwash App
An offer for Circle K Car Wash app was added to Amex Offers today:
Spend at least $59.99 in qualifying car wash subscription purchases in Ontario using your registered Card on the Circle K My Carwash mobile application by 21/07/2024 and earn a one-time $11.99 statement credit. Registration cap applies. Terms apply.
