Wrapping it up
Air Canada Aeroplan and Marriott Bonvoy have expanded their partnership with the addition elite status matching between the programs. This is a great news for Canadians who hold the appropriate elite status levels in either program to be able to now get status with one more program. Yes, Marriott Bonvoy Gold and Aeroplan 25K Status may be on the lower echelon of each program’s elite status tiers and only offer limited benefits but either are better than not having any status at all.
