Earn 3% Cash Back when booking hotels via Avion Rewards (Avion Select members can pay with any eligible linked credit card!)
Avion Rewards is offering 3% cash back on hotels booked via Avion Rewards. Avion Rewards is powered by Expedia and sometimes has hotels cheaper than Expedia themselves, and sometimes vice-versa with hotels more expensive so be sure to double check pricing before you book. This offer is for Avion Rewards Premier and Elite members booking with an RBC card but it is also open to Avion Select members
This is significant as Avion Select members can use non-RBC credit cards that have much better travel accelerators to pay for the hotel stays to earn more points plus still earn the 3% cash back. Some of these cards include the American Express Gold Rewards Card, The Platinum Card from American Express and the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege Card.

Fly with JAL to Japan and receive a free Domestic flight
Japan National Tourism Organization has teamed up with JAL Japan Airlines for this exclusive offer. If you fly on JAL Japan Airlines from Canada to Japan you can add on a complimentary domestic flight to any destination within Japan.
To ensure eligibility, customers must book a JAL international flight and a corresponding Japan domestic flight in the same reservation. If I read the offer correctly the domestic flights that are being referred to are not connecting flights as JAL allows for domestic trips to booked on the same reservation as an international flight so these are totally separate and allow you to build a side trip within your flights to and from Japan
