IHG One Rewards Pick Your Points bonus promotion is now live

IHG One Rewards summer systemwide global promotion is now live and stays from today through to August 31 will count towards the offer. With this promotion members can choose which bonus points promotion to receive based on their proposed travel plans.

The bonuses to choose from are 2,000 bonus points for every 2 nights or 8,000 bonus points for every 4 nights (do not have to be consecutive) at IHG hotels in Canada and Worldwide. You can’t change your choice was chosen, so pick wisely! Register and book now for this offer. There is no limit to number of bonus points that can be earned with this promotion.

New Kimpton Hotels social password for the summer

Kimpton Hotels has a new secret social password out for the summer season. That password is “Social Sent Me” and it can be used for Kimpton stays until August 31, 2025. If you are unfamiliar with Kimpton’s social password it is a ‘code’ you give to the front desk agent when checking in for a Kimpton stay. Once you give the password you’ll receive a special surprise or perk for your stay. This can range from F&B vouchers and complimentary room upgrades to local knick knacks and complimentary bottles of wine.

Here in Canada we have one Kimpton Hotel, the Saint George in Toronto where you can use the password. Outside of Canada there are over 75 Kimpton Hotels (primarily in the U.S.) where you can also utilize the password. Kimpton Hotel stays also count towards the IHG Pick your Points promotion mentioned above!
