New Amex Offers for Avis, Dell & Norwegian Cruise Line

Three more statement credit offers were added to the Amex Offers program today:

Avis
Spend at least $300 in qualifying purchases using your registered Card directly at participating Avis Car Rental location(s) or at https://www.avis.ca/en by 03/06/2025 and earn a one-time $50 statement credit. Valid on corporate-owned locations only. Registration cap applies. Terms apply.

Dell
Spend at least $500 in qualifying purchases using your registered Card at www.dell.com/en-ca/shop/deals/pc-deals by 23/04/2025 and earn a one-time $100 statement credit. Registration cap applies. Terms apply.

Norwegian Cruise Line
Spend at least $1,000 in qualifying purchases using your registered Card at www.ncl.com/ca/en/vacations by 03/06/2025 and earn a one-time $250 statement credit. Registration cap applies. Terms apply.

Simply log in to your Amex account or go onto the Amex app to see if these offers have been sent to you and to register for them.  You can find this and many more offers in our Guide to American Express Canada ‘Amex Offers’

Personally I received these offers on The Platinum Card from American Express but you may receive them on a different card. The Avis and NCL offers are also available to holders of Scotiabank American Express Cards who simply need to register for the offer here.

RBC to provide a new travel credit for old HSBC cardholders

It’s been nearly a year since HSBC credit cards were converted over to RBC cards and for those who had the HSBC World Elite Mastercards this included a one time travel credit to be provided on the RBC Avion card (If you had not used it with HSBC prior to being converted over). Those credits are set to expire in about a months time so it could be a good time to use them up but the good news is they will provide another round of credits starting in April that will once again have a one year expiry (They’ll expire in April 2026)
