KLM celebrates Canada Day with $75 off flights out of Canada

KLM is celebrating Canada Day by offering a promo code to receive $75 off flights out Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Use promo code CANADA2025 for bookings made by July 6 with travel completed by December 31, 2025. It is valid for all fare classes and all destinations served by KLM. Note there is a minimum base fare purchase of $425 required to receive the discount.

Get 25 Free D$ for joining GHA DISCOVERY via Cheval Collection

If you are not a member Global Hotel Alliance’s DISCOVERY program yet you may want to join during the month of July. To celebrate the addition of Cheval Collection to GHA DISCOVERY, they are offering 25 free DISCOVERY Dollars when you join Cheval DISCOVERY (Which is GHA DISCOVERY). This offer is available from July 1 to 31.

One DISCOVERY Dollar (D$) is worth US$1 so this is a pretty decent sign up bonus! But you do have to be aware the 25 D$ bonus will expire 12 months from the date they are posted to your account. Virgin Atlantic reward flights out of Canada not affected by the recent devaluation

If you follow or read any U.S. points and miles blogs or influencers you most likely saw the news that Virgin Atlantic significantly increased the fees paid on Flying Club reward tickets out of the U.S.. I did a quick check out of Toronto and did not see any increases to the fees on Flying Club reward tickets on the YYZ-LHR route so it seems last week’s change was strictly limited to U.S. departures.
