New Scotiabank Scene+ Credit Card Offers
In addition to the record breaking new bonus on the Scotiabank Platinum American Express card of 80,000 points that we let you know about earlier today there were updates to the other two premum Scotiabank Scene+ cards:
Scotiabank Passport Infinite Card:
+5,000 points but no longer first year free
The newly crowned best No FX card in Canada sees its welcome bonus boosted by 5,000 points to 30,000 but they have also removed the first year annual fee rebate which means this offer ends up providing $100 less value than the previous offer.
Scotiabank Gold American Express Card:
-5,000 points and no longer first year free
Canada’s best Travel Points Credit Card with an annual fee sees its welcome bonus cut by 5,000 to 40,000 points and the first year free offer has been removed. This means this offer ends up providing $170 less value than the previous offer.
Meanwhile the Scotiabank Scene+ Visa Card and the Scotiabank American Express Card retain the same bonus offers of 7,500 and 5,000 Scene+ points respectively.

Thank you! 52 flights of compassion have been reached in Give A Mile’s 2024 Flight Hero Campaign!
Thank you to everyone who has donated points to Give A Mile‘s Flight Hero Holiday Campaign for 2024. The charity set a goal to reach even donations for 52 flights of compassion and according the founder, Kevin Crowe, they reached that milestone this morning!
Whether you donated via our campaign (the RWRDS Canada community raised 77,075 points) or direct with Give A Mile we give you a big heartfelt thank you for helping out!
