Receive a 30% bonus on Amex Flexible Points Travel redemptions

American Express has brought back a travel redemption bonus for eligible cardmembers. If you have been targeted for this offer you should receive an email from American Express and it will detail which card it is for, which is key to know if you have multiple Membership Rewards earning cards like many of the RWRDS Canada community! Personally, I received the offer on The Platinum Card from American Express

The offer provides 30% bonus points (up to a maximum of 30,000 points) on eligible redemptions when you redeem points online with American Express® Travel with the Flexible Points Travel Program. The offer is available for bookings made by February 28, 2025

This is an ideal promotion to combine with the International Airline Program that is offered on The Platinum Card and Business Platinum Card. It provides discounts on premium cabin travel on many airlines including Air Canada and it even has discounts on WestJet economy class tickets (except Ultra Basic)
