Hotel X Toronto set to join World of Hyatt
Hotel X Toronto, which is known as Toronto’s only urban lakefront resort will become the first “Destination by Hyatt” location in Canada. Destination by Hyatt is described as:
“The Destination by Hyatt brand is a diverse collection of independent hotels, resorts and residences that are individual at heart yet connected by a commitment to embody the true spirit of each location. Ranging from upper-upscale to luxury, each property is purposefully crafted to be a place of immersive discoveries, authentic design, and warm and welcoming service. “
The hotel is not bookable via Hyatt just yet but you can book direct with Hotel X. I’m not sure if it is World of Hyatt participating yet as everything on Hyatt’s site states “coming soon”. Once it is participating, World of Hyatt members should earn 5 points per US$ spent at the hotel (excluding taxes and fees)
For World of Hyatt redemptions, Hotel X Toronto will be a Category 5 hotel with standard room award nights starting at 17,000 points per night.
