Avianca LifeMiles are out with there next buy miles bonus and it’s a mystery one that offers up to 200% extra miles until September 30! Personally I received an up to 150% more miles offer but there are members who are being targeted for the 200% bonus.
If you happen to get that 200% you may want to seriously considering buying – even speculatively (I know, I know, I tell you not to buy miles speculatively but when it’s that big of bonus…)
Despite headaches around searching for availability and not-so-good customer service – LifeMiles are an ideal currency for redeeming for flights on Star Alliance as they reasonable redemption rates and in most cases don’t pass along most carrier surcharges. This makes the program very popular for travel in business class (or higher) on airlines like Air Canada, ANA, Austrian, Lufthansa and others.

If you are targeted for the 200% bonus and want a really great way to discount the price of flights on many Star Alliance airlines you should give this offer some serious thought. Heck, even at 150% it’s a pretty good deal but 200% is great – I don’t think we’ve seen this high of bonus from LifeMiles since September 2020!
