Weekly Shopping Bonus Offers Round Up: Scene+, PC Optimum, AIR MILES & more

It’s Thursday! So you know what that means! Here is your weekly shopping bonus offers round up. Be sure to check your accounts and load all your personalized shopping offers.

These offers are for the weekly cycle starting on May 8, 2025.

Scene+

A “blah” sort of week for overall Scene+ bonus offers – at least for Safeway or Sobeys shoppers are there no bonuses for either. They do have overall offers for IGA and FreshCo however the bonus points amounts are significantly lower than we’ve seen in past weeks. Remember you can collect all of these bonuses so if you are able to visit different locations you can maximize your earnings.

With Scene+ you have to load your overall and personalized offers at mygroceryoffers.ca

There are two new gift card bonus offer this week from Scene+! Until May 11 members  can earn 750 points for every $100 spent on Sobeys or Safeway gift cards. This one is limited to 5 cards per member.  And just like the overall shopping offers this is a lower bonus than we usually see from Scene+ – hopefully this isn’t a sign of things to come. The other gift card promotion offers is 500 points for every $50 in Wayspa, Uber, Fun&Fabulous or Retail Therapy gift cards

There is no overall spend offer for Sobeys and Safeway Liquor this week. With Scene+ Liquor you have to load your offers at myliquoroffers.ca

And don’t forget to use your Scene+ earning credit card for your purchases to earn even more points, namely the Scotiabank Gold American Express Card which earns an amazing 6 points per dollar (a 6% return) at Sobeys, Safeway, IGA and other Empire grocery stores. Right now you can get the Scotiabank Gold American Express with no annual fee and up to 40,000 bonus Scene+ points in the first year.

AIR MILES

This week’s AIR MILES Receipts offers continue to offer extra miles on a good mix of everyday items. This week sees such items as paper towel, blueberries, raspberries, avocados, flour, eggs and more that you can earn miles on. Remember you can earn these bonuses on receipts from most major retailers in Canada including Walmart and Costco.

They also continue to have receipt bonuses for select Hercules and Ziipper seal products purchased at Dollarama only.

And don’t forget that tomorrow (Friday May 9) is 20x miles day for AIR MILES collectors!!

Moi Rewards

This week Moi Rewards are offering 500 bonus points when you spend $125 or more at Metro or Food Basics.

There also an additional bonus offer of 2,500 points available to RBC cardholders who link their cards to Moi Rewards and then use that card for a purchase. Simply link your card by July 31 and make a purchase by August 31.

Be sure to load your individual bonus points offers in the Moi Rewards app

More Rewards

More Rewards Mega Deal

This week More Rewards Mega Deal promotion has reset and is back for the next two weeks. Members can earn 1,000 bonus points for spending $50 or more (cumulative spending!) at their grocery stores. The offer is available until May 21, 2025.

Load your More Rewards offers at morerewards.ca/my-offers

The online shopping offer is still available for three more days where you can get $10 off when you spend $10 or $40? The title states spend $10 get $10 off while the terms state spending a minimum of $40….. I would assume it is the latter that you really have to spend.

And then you have your standard 2x points offer that they run every week now:

Also if you are an Avion Select member you can earn 4% cash back when using a linked card at Save On foods (Tip: Use your Amex Cobalt, MBNA Rewards World Elite or Scotiabank Gold Amex to really maximize your return!)

Or you can also earn the 4% cash back with RBC Offers using your RBC credit card.

PC Optimum

This week’s main shopping offers are the return of bonus redemption events at PCO grocery stores. The top image is for Real Canadian superstore where you can $10, $30 or $50 more value for your points while the lower image is for Loblaw stores where you can get $10, $25, or $50 more value. These offers are available until May 10.

This week’s primary PC Optimum Gift Card bonus is from Shoppers Drug Mart and is available from May 10th to 16th. It offers 10,000 points for every $100 spent on Ultimate Choice gift cards. There is no limit set in the T&C’s to the number of gift cards that you can buy (other than “We reserve the right to limit quantities”) but do beware on how many you buy as the program terms and conditions trump offer terms and buying too many gift cards can be construed as spending more than an average single family household spends and you might end up with a frozen PC Optimum account.

Triangle Rewards

Today only (May 8) Triangle Rewards members can earn up to $40 bonus CT Money when shopping at Canadian Tire

Be Well

This week’s overall offer is 15,000 points again with $40 spend and there is an additional  12,500 bonus points available for loading the offer in the app for a total of 27,500 points on a $40 spend!

The Be Well program allows for lots of stacking opportunities. Just check out this recent receipt from long time RWRDS Canada community member Chris C. who spent just over $48 (incl taxes) and received just over $23 in points. This includes the bonus points for linking an RBC credit card to your Be Well account and then paying with that card.
