Paying for your Best Western stays
Long gone is the MBNA Best Western Mastercard so we have no way to earn BWR points directly with credit cards (not even Diners Club anymore!) Thus, your best bet is to use a credit card with an accelerated earn rate on travel purchases. Some examples include:
- American Express Gold Rewards Card – Earns 2 Membership Rewards points per dollar on travel (2% to 4%+ or higher travel redemption value)
- BMO Ascend World Elite Mastercard – Earns 5 BMO Rewards points per dollar on travel (3.33 to 3.67% travel redemption value)
- TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege Card. – Earns 2 Aeroplan points per dollar on travel (variable travel redemption value – average of 3% or more)
