At this time Coast hotels does not have their own co-brand credit card for the Coast Rewards program so its best to pay for Coast stays with a credit card that has a travel accelerator. Some cards that have boosted travel earn rates include The Platinum Card from American Express, the BMO Ascend World Elite Mastercard or TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege Card.
