How do I access my Porter flight benefits?
If you’re a primary cardholder:
To access the card perks to further elevate the flying experience for you and up to 8 guests, all you need to do is include the VIPorterV I Porter number that is associated with your BMO VIPorterV I Porter Mastercard on your Porter flight booking.
If you’re an authorized user:
You can still benefit from perks like priority boarding – even if you aren’t travelling with the Primary Cardholder! Simply ask the Primary Cardholder to link your VIPorterV I Porter number to their VIPorterV I Porter account. Once the authorized user account is ready to be linked, Porter will email the Primary Cardholder asking them to start the linking process. Alternatively, once the account is ready to be linked, the Primary Cardholder can follow these steps:
- Log in to your VIPorterV I Porter account
- On your dashboard, select the option to link a new card
- Follow the steps to link your authorized user(s) by entering their VIPorterV I Porter number
How can I see how many points I earned with my BMO VIPorterV I Porter Mastercard?
You can see a breakdown of how many VIPorterV I Porter points you earned each month on your credit card by logging into your VIPorterV I Porter account at flyporter.com/login or checking out your monthly BMO VIPorterV I Porter Mastercard statement.
When will my VIPorterV I Porter points be reflected in my VIPorterV I Porter account?
The VIPorterV I Porter points that you earn on your credit card will be deposited in your VIPorterV I Porter account on a monthly basis, typically within two business days of your monthly credit card statement date.
Do my VIPorterV I Porter points expire?
They don’t! One of the exclusive perks of your BMO VIPorterV I Porter Mastercard account is that as long as it is open and in good standing, your points will not expire.
How can I add an authorized user on my VIPorterV I Porter credit card account?
To add up to nine (9) authorized users and begin earning VIPorterV I Porter points faster, start by logging into BMO Online Banking.
From there, simply select your credit card account, then select Account options and then select Add an authorized user. Alternatively, you can call the number on the back of your card and one of our associates will be happy to add an authorized user to your account on your behalf.
Can I set up a BMO PaySmart installment plan with this card?
Yes, you can! You’ll be able to set up, manage and review your PaySmart installment plans from your Online Banking account.
To get started, simply login and follow these steps for recent eligible credit card purchases of $100 CADCanadian dollars or more:
- Choose an eligible credit card purchase you’d like to convert into a PaySmart plan.
- Go to the Installment Plan tab and click the Create button.
- Select the plan that works best for you.
