Air France and KLM are once again offering some excellent business class fares out of Canada to select cities in Europe. The sale sees these premium cabin fares in the mid to high $2000s and low $3000s for round trip flights to most cities in France, Rome, Lisbon and numerous other cities in Europe.
The examples below are for departures from Toronto but you can find similar pricing in the $2,500 to $3,200 range from all the other cities they serve in Canada – Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Ottawa and Vancouver.
If you have the Platinum Card from American Express you should be able to purchase these flights for even less thanks to the card’s International Airline Program.
Toronto to Lisbon for $2,585
If you don’t have the Platinum Card from American Express you can book these flights directly with Air France or KLM for $2,585 round trip. Those prices include all taxes, fees and are per person.
These low fares are available on many days throughout the winter season.

You should be able to get these flight for less with the Platinum Card
If you have the Platinum Card from American Express you should be able book these flights for even less thanks to the Air France and KLM participating in the card’s International Airline Program. Normally I provide examples of this but unfortunately at the time of posting this article I could not get American Express Travel’s website to work properly to do so. If you do want to try to book these flights for less I recommend calling Amex Travel until they are able fix the issues with their website..

No matter what payment method you use to book these flights such as the Platinum Card, you can earn additional Flying Blue Miles by having the Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard in your wallet. Just by having the card connected to your Flying Blue will earn you an additional 5 Flying Blue Miles per EUR spent on tickets with Air France or KLM.
