Air Canada adds new air-to-rail connections in Europe

Air Canada has announced new and expanded air-to-rail connections where customers flying Air Canada to Europe can easily connect to rail services in Austria, France, Germany and Switzerland.

Customers who book Air Canada flights to Europe with ongoing connections on their rail partners will be able to “check in for all segments of their trip prior to departure, avoiding the need to obtain a train ticket at the station. As well, customers experiencing any flight disruption will have both their air and rail segments rebooked to provide peace of mind.”

Example of a new connection option – Fly Montreal to Vienna on AC and then OBB to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof
