Air France has further extended the amazing business class sale for their new upcoming Ottawa to Paris route and their returning Quebec City route! Right now you can purchase round trip business class fares for $2,242. If you have the Platinum Card from American Express you can get these flights for even less thanks to the card’s International Airline Program. The examples below show Ottawa however the pricing is the same for Quebec City. This offer was set to end on May 31 but when I checked on June 4 the sale was still in place. All of the screenshots and examples below were updated as of June 4.

Ottawa or Quebec City to Paris for $2,242 booked with Air France
One must assume that the business class cabin for these two routes have not been selling too well for the airline to offer such an amazing price! In general business class travel does taper off during summer months but to have prices drop this low seems to tell another story. No matter the reason it is great for the consumer!
If you don’t have the Platinum Card from American Express you can book these flights directly with Air France for $1,121 each way or $2,242 round trip. Those prices include all taxes and fees and are person.
These low fare prices are available almost every day from early July to early December. As the Ottawa flight only operates 5x weekly the other days with this low price will include the bus connection from Ottawa to Montreal or connecting flights with WestJet to Toronto.

Ottawa or Quebec City to Paris for $2,192 with the Platinum Card
If you have the Platinum Card from American Express you can book this flights for even less thanks to the Air France participating in the card’s International Airline Program. Booking these flights with your Platinum Card via American Express Travel will save you an additional $50.

Earn more Flying Blue Miles
No matter what payment method you use to book these flights such as the Platinum Card, you can earn additional Flying Blue Miles by having the Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard in your wallet. Just by having the card connected to your Flying Blue will earn you an additional 5 Flying Blue Miles per EUR spent on tickets with Air France or KLM.
As you may be aware the card was offering a welcome bonus of 100XP in May which provided automatic Silver Elite status. While flying Business Class won’t require the benefits provided by the Silver status, if you did grab this card in May and have the status you will earn 50% more Flying Blue miles on your flights.
Here’s what you would earn for the Jul 9 – 17 flight example from above:
- Flying Blue Explorer member: 5,520 Flying Blue miles
- Flying Blue Explorer member + AF KLM Cardholder: 12,420 Flying Blue miles + 2,294 miles if you pay with the AF KLM Card

Air France has drastically lowered the pricing for business class flights out of Ottawa and Quebec City as part their Canada wide business class sale. Flying round trip on Air France in Business Class for $2,200 is amazing deal.
