Visa Infinite Privilege Cards losing Vancouver Airport benefits
One of the benefits extended to holders of Visa Infinite Privilege cards in Canada are perks at four Canadian airports including Vancouver however those benefits at YVR will be ending on August 30:
Effective August 30, 2025, Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders will no longer have access to priority security lanes, dedicated parking spots, Gateway Valet parking discounts, and priority taxi/limo lanes at YVR
This news has been posted to Vancouver International Airport’s website but has yet to be mentioned on Visa’s own website about Infinite Privilege benefits. Infinite Privilege cardholders should continue to receive benefits at Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto City airports.
Now the next question to ask is there possibly another card issuer who will get the privilege (pun intended) of providing select cardholders with extra at benefits at YVR (Amex or perhaps Mastercard Legend?) or will there simply not be any such program offered at YVR anymore?
