Here’s your RWRDS Canada update! Your near daily dose of loyalty program, credit card and travel news, bonuses, deals and more.

New Amex Offers statement credit for PRESTO

PRESO Tap to Pay has returned to Amex Offers with the following:

Until 12/10/2025 tap to pay with your registered Amex Card for qualifying contactless adult fare purchases of at least $10 on eligible PRESTO devices at TTC, Go Transit, UP Express or select transit agencies and earn a $5 statement credit. Limit of 2 credits. Excludes PRESTO vending machines. Registration cap and terms apply.

Simply log in to your Amex account or go onto the Amex app to see if these offers have been sent to you and to register for them.  You can find this and many more offers in our Guide to American Express Canada ‘Amex Offers’

On a side note, I find it interesting that the past few weeks of new Amex offers have not been available for Scotia issued Amex cards. Not trying to read into it too much right now but if the trend continues I may have to do some investigating.

AIR MILES Mileage Transfers are… down again!

 

After only a couple of days of being available they AIR MILES transfer miles option has been disabled again. I’ll reach out to AIR MILES to see if we can get the low down on what is going with this feature!
