Neo World & World Elite Mastercards now have an accelerated earn rate for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging

Neo Financial has introduced one additional accelerated earn rate category to its relatively young suite of premium cash back credit cards. The Neo World Elite® Mastercard which is currently ranked as the 4th best cash back card in Canada and the Neo World Mastercard which is the 5th best no fee cash back card, now feature accelerated earn rates for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging.

Neo World Elite Mastercard

Holders of the Neo World Elite Mastercard will now earn 3% cash back on all EV charging purchases made on the card while Neo World Mastercard holders will earn 2% cash back. These are the same accelerated earn rates the cards were introduced with for gas purchases.

The accelerated earn rates on EV charging fall into both card’s spending caps for Gas purchases which is $1,000 per month. Any spend above that amount in a month will earn the base cash back earn rate.
