Another excellent Amex Offers offers was revealed this morning for Amazon Prime Memberships. When you spend $79 or more on the membership you’ll get a $20 statement credit. In our household we received it on The Platinum Card. I say hurry in the post title as this offer is limited to the first 5,000 cardmembers who register for it.
You may wonder how does it work with the first month free. Basically the offer is open to December 4 for it to be charged to your registered card which gives enough time is you sign up on October 31 as you’ll be billed at the end of November and it should show up on your account by December 4.
The other question is – what about existing members who can renew in that time and I don’t know the answer yet. I’ll reach out to American Express to find out but if I don’t hear back I’ll be able to report if it works as my Amazon Prime membership renews on October 26. Likewise if any of our readers are in the same situation and your membership renews earlier than mine please let us know if you get the credit.
