Earn 2,500 bonus Scene+ points at Sobeys/Safeway
I missed this excellent promotion in our reminder to our readers last week about loading your weekly shopping offers. Thanks to Jsuota for letting us know that in addition to the grocery offer with Scene+! The offer to load from last week with Scene+ for Sobeys and Safeway is 500 points for a $50 or more spend and it is available three times until August 12.
The part I missed is that if you earn those 500 points all three times as allowed, Scene+ will award you with 1,000 more bonus points for a total of 2,500 bonus points! That’s $25 back in points for as little as $150 in spending. Not bad at all! All you have to do is make sure you load the 500 points for $50 spend prior to shopping.

Earn 2x Wyndham Rewards points at new hotels in Canada (and Worldwide)
Wyndham Hotels is the latest hotel chain to come out with an offer to earn bonus points for stays at their new hotel locations. Wyndham’s offer provides 2x Wyndham Rewards points on eligible stays at over 60 new hotels in Canada and Worldwide. There are the three locations in Canada where you can earn this bonus:
- Ramada Dawson Creek
- Travelodge Merritt
- Days Inn Sudbury And Conference Centre
It appears the bonus is applied automatically as there is no registration required. What the landing page of the new hotels 2x points offer does not tell us are the eligible stay dates or not even an applicable period like we’ve seen from IHG who would give bonus points for the first six months a hotel was open.
