Back in April AIR MILES announced several enhancements to the program which included the addition of alcohol retailers to the AIR MILES Receipts feature. Initially this was set to launch on May 23 but was delayed as AIR MILES wanted to make some improvements behind the scenes. As of June 15 it looks like that work was completed as we now have our first liquor offer to be revealed in AIR MILES Receipts.

The first offer that has shown up for me comes from Calgary’s own Village Brewery and it is a bonus of 25 miles for buying their Village Mixed 12-Pack of beers. The offer is valid for purchases made between June 15 and June 26, 2024.

What is great about this offer is that you can stack it with earning 5x points on the American Express Cobalt Card at some of those liquor retailers. I know both the Sobeys Liquor and Ace Liquor near me count as 5x points multiplier point locations and I’m sure many other locations do as well.
