The new and returning routes:

These are the new and returning routes that were added in this latest update from WestJet:

  • New direct seasonal service between Calgary and Deer Lake, Nfld.
  • The return of seasonal non-stop service between Toronto and Deer Lake, Nfld., Moncton, N.B., Charlottetown, P.E.I., and Victoria, B.C.

Nice to see Deer Lake with a couple of a routes – one of our readers just commented on how they’d like to see Lynx Air add Deer Lake. WestJet is not Lynx but nonetheless it is good for Newfoundlanders living on the Western side of the island to have this additional service.
