If you hold elite status with Air Canada check your inbox for this offer that is being sent out to select members. The offer provides an SQM bonus to the member when completing reward redemptions by June 22 in the following categories:

Eligible Reward Redemptions

  • Merchandise and gift cards on the Aeroplan eStore powered by RewardOps
  • Air Canada Vacations packages
  • Car rentals or hotel booking made via the Air Canada member-exclusive platform powered by cxLoyalty.

The SQM Bonus

The bonus SQM are awarded as follows:

  • Redeem 25,000 – 49,999 points and get 1,000 SQM
  • Redeem 50,000+ points and get 2,500 SQM

The bonus is based on the total amount of points redeemed during the promotional period which means you can complete multiple smaller transactions. As long as the total amount points redeemed meets the above criteria you’ll receive the respective bonus SQM.

These are the key terms of the promotion:

  • Members can make multiple orders for merchandise, gift cards, vacation packages, hotels, and cars during the Offer period to receive their one-time BSQM offer.
  •  Travel for Air Canada Vacations packages, hotel, and car bookings must commence and be completed between June 8, 2023 starting at 00:01 ET, through to October 31, 2023 ending at 23:59 ET.
  •  Air Canada Vacations Package refers to a vacation package sold by Air Canada Vacations booked through the vacations.aircanada.com website consisting of a flight and hotel reservation with travel completed by the Aeroplan member.
  •  Cancelled orders or reservations will not be eligible to receive BSQM.
  •  The Bonus Status Qualifying Miles will only be awarded once per member.
  •  Please allow up to November 30, 2023 to receive the BSQM earned under the Offer.
  •  Redemptions can be made using 100% points or 50% Cash & 50% points but only the number of points redeemed will count towards the Offer.
  •  Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  •  Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
  •  Not available for group bookings.
