Aeroplan’s first ever buy miles bonus offer has been extended to May 15. The tiered bonus offer that saw an amazing 115% and 90% bonus come and go within minutes last week is still a good proposition at the current lowest tier of 65%. The offer was slated to end yesterday but you are in luck if you missed out as you now have until tomorrow to get in on buying some miles. With a 65% bonus you are buying miles at 1.8 cents apiece plus tax. Not ideal for many economy class redemptions but it can provide significant savings when redeeming for business class or first class flights where you get well over 2 cents per mile in value.
