WestJet to launch Ireland service!!

We all knew that WestJet would eventually launch International service beyond the current sun destinations they serve and the thoughts were always the U.K. or Ireland since their 737’s can make it that distance. Well it has become reality which means WestJet will be taking on Aer Lingus who will also be starting Canada-Dublin service next year! Rather than rehash the press release here it is directly from WestJet:

Flights from St. John’s and Toronto to the Emerald Isle

non-stop flights to Dublin from St. John’s, Newfoundland, direct
