Alaska Airlines and Icelandair are ending their partnership
effective June 1, 2013. Not sure if it has something to do with the buy Saga
Club points to get First Class tickets on Alaska between US/Canada and Hawaii
for $330 last fall as some people are speculating but overall not huge news
for those of us here in Canada. Source: Icelandair
Lucky from the One Mile at a Time blog lets us know about United reducing
the first and business class luggage allowance. Basically the allowance is moving
from three bags to two bags (at 70lbs max each) for First and Business domestic flights and Business class for international. First Class international will retain a 3 bag limit. More details
